-it looks like if you had used the muffler where the inlet is on the edge rather than the middle, and didn't attempt to have the muffler perfectly down the center, that you could eliminate an elbow.  I'm not being critical of what you have, you do beautiful work, just throwing out an idea since you haven't finish welded things yet.  Isn't it surprising how much those mufflers weigh?  It appears you have the same one I am going to use, except I have 3 rotors!  Wonder how long it will last?  My welder warned me that after the exhaust is coated inside and out that it is very difficult to repair any cracks.  So I have decided to wait before any jet-coating gets done. Nice flanges, they look familiar!

Here are some photos of my exhaust setup using a Spintech muffler, and a 2 into 1 adapter. Tough to get it down between the motor mounts, etc. Still have to have it finished welded and put retainer tabs on the joints, although I don't think anything can go anywhere.
 
Have you obtained an engine yet?
