Bobby,

The exhaust flange will cover them, essentially blocking them off.  To confirm they are for EGR, you can follow them up through the side housings.  They should come out up on top of the engine where the EGR valve goes.

I guess they will need to be plugged in order to mount exhaust flanges.  Can anyone confirm? Tracy, Bruce?

Does anyone know what the small holes are for located above the Renesis exhaust and between the exhaust flange mounting studs?
