Bobby,
The exhaust flange will cover them,
essentially blocking them off. To confirm they are for EGR, you can follow
them up through the side housings. They should come out up on top of the
engine where the EGR valve goes.

the Renesis exhaust and between the exhaust flange mounting studs?
