Paul,
Carbs (Webers, Holleys or whatever) for your airplane will be nearly a steep a learning curve as EFI. Have the best, most experienced guys you know go over your system. Test it extensively and GO! You're getting soooo close.
Don't quit just before the miracle ... Jim S.

Hi, John....About a year ago, I talked to someone who makes mixture controls for carburetors. I failed to keep his name and number, as he told me that he only did that modification on Holley carbs. Don't know if this is the same individual or not. If you should find that he does mixture controls for Webers, I'm in. Thanks. Paul Conner

Subject: [FlyRotary] Weber Mixture control
Paul; Jim Weir gave me the name of a fellow in Arizona by the name of
Gilbert who makes mixture controls for carburetors. He used to advertise in
the Sport Aviation. I believe Jim had one of these on his RV-6. I haven't
checked this out yet as I'm still working primarily on my airframe. Should
be getting to the fun stuff of getting the engine started next month JohnD
