While I have a hard time getting a bycicle to
work ok, so, don't put a lot of faith in my recommendations; but, we old
rajay folks called that turbo normalizing and it worked and still works
exceptionally well.

What about a BIIIIG waste gate so you can run WOT with very little boost
and then gradually close the waste gate?
That seems the most
efficient way go go
