Barry, I believe that I will have about 8 inches
from e shaft bolt to the firewall on my cozy. However mine is not a standard
MK4, it started out as a cozy 3 place and was built with preliminary plans info
to change to 4 place. The distance from firewall to landing gear is much
shorter on mine than plans MK4. I'm looking for a prop flange to firewall
dimension to be 40 inch. Is this about right for balance?

How much? And how far past the pulley will it extend? I don't
know if I have clearance between my firewall and the pulley (Cozy pusher type
plane).
