I couldn't find it.  Several pumps, but no flow meters, and two places
(local outlet & catalog store) couldn't help.
Got a part number?  Was it at a store or online or what? ... Jim

I saw a nice 12v gas station style pump, pump handle with flow meter at
Harbor Freight for about $199.
