Hi Bill, =

You're = above comments=20 got my attention, since I just changed my e-shaft pulley from stock, to = the one=20 Mazdatrix sells (probably the same Racing Beat pulley).  My engine = was=20 modified by Bruce in the past, and had the aluminum bypass pellet=20 installed.  I got a new pellet with the overhaul kit, but it looked = the=20 same as the one I already had, so I saved the new one for possible use = in the=20 single rotor.  I just checked Bruce's site, and his = description of the=20 pellet states that it works with aftermarket underdrive pulleys.  = Mazdatrix=20 sells these too, as well as the pulleys, and doesn't mention any = problems using=20 the bypass with their pulleys.

My = question here is why=20 did you have to change yours?  Didn't it come from Bruce with the = pellet=20 already installed on the underdrive pulley? What would make you feel = like you=20 needed to change that?

I'm = going to be out in=20 the garage later, playing with some of these parts to make sure I feel=20 comfortable with what I've just installed.

Cheers,
Rusty=20

PS- I'm = definitely in=20 for one or two of the e-shaft alternators, perhaps belt free for the = single=20 rotor.
