Experienced pilot was the test pilot and I was the flight engineer who was intimatly familiar with the engine. It worked well as we were each able to concentrate on our duties, which sure seemed to be busy. Many of the FAA and TC rules are identical, so you should consider this approach. He had said he would, but I'm beginning to think there is slim to no chance of a problem with the RV9A, but more likely if there is a problem, it will be with the engine installation and I'm more familiar with it than he is.
