She's responsible for logging fuel levels every half hour. She notifies me in detail of any and all transfer asymmetries. Not only that, but when fuel gets below two hours endurance, she's reminding me every five minutes and assuming crucial navigation duties (like briefing me on the distance to all nearby aerodromes in the imminent and probably inevitable event of flame out).
