Porting is the art of handling all that stuff.  The average software
geek is smart enough to run away from these sort of task in a screaming
panic (unless, he expects to be paid fairly well).

That's bad news, but maybe not fatal.  My real question to FJO was not to be able to run their analysis software on the Ipaq, but rather to be able to use the Ipaq to capture the data for later display on the PC.  Maybe there's still hope for doing that, but it's still beyond my abilities unless I can talk FJO into working that out.  
 
I originally wrote them about this because I wanted to use the software if possible, but needed to be sure it would work before spending $250 on the connectivity kit.  Since they're now including the kit free with any wideband controller kit, at least I'm not out anything if I can't use it.
