If you got two of those to bypass your regulator to the return line, you can get (I have two that I'll give you) 1/8" npt to 1/8" OD [copper?] spaghetti tubing. The adapters have about a 1 mm hole feeding the spaghetti tubing. You could bore out the fitting to suit. Put that on a high spot and it should work OK.
