In other words, I had an EFS-4-5 on my 180 HP = Lycoming, and it was fine. This is listed as 180-225 HP on the Ellison page. For = our purposes though, this would be too small. Also, the dang things are = REALLY expensive. I think the EFS-4-5 is about $1600 from Spruce, and you'd probably need two. =20 =20 The MicroTech is a nice unit, and it's plenty capable of taking care of = your engine, but you're disadvantaged here by not having anyone in the group = who can help you with it. Getting one of Tracy's EC-2's would help in that regard, and be much cheaper than an Ellison. The EC-2 has it's tuning learning curve as well, but there's help available for that.
