I still get the error message, but someone mentioned that hitting the refresh page made it worked. I tried that and it did the trick.

Apparently IE is very sensitive about getting into this application in
the right place. On Netscape I get an error displayed at the top
of the page, then it displays OK anyway.
I've put in some re-directs to try and make sure the access is correct.
http://bob-white.com/rotary
http://bob-white.com/rotary/ and
http://bob-white.com/rotary/index.php should all go to the right place
now.
If you still can't get it to work, let me know what version of the
operating system and Internet Explorer you are using and I will dig into
it some more.
