   That URL won't work.  Harbor Freight uses "dynamic content", 
so the search is new for every user, every time.

    HF has two models of battery testers.  One for 
~$50 and one for ~$24.  Both do true "load" testing.  
The latter - which I have - 90636-2VGA, is currently 
on-sale for $13.99.  

Go to: http://order.harborfreight.com/ 
and either search for "battery" or plug in the part # 
above.
