Hi, Steve....I am also using the Odyssey PC680.  Only have one of them, and when I am cranking the starter, my voltage still shows 11.5 to 12 volts. Great battery, lightweight, and does not require a vent tube.  Paul Conner

The Odyssey PC680 would be a much better choice.  I'm running 2 of these in
my Cozy.  One Aft for engine systems, and one forward for avionics.  I also
have emergency transfer relays to run the engine on either in an emergency.

These batteries are only about 17 lbs apiece, and produce 680 cranking amps
due to very low internal resistance.  They are 16AH.

A 530 Amp Hour battery is not a small battery by any means. I think the
small garden batteries are about 17 to 20 Amp Hours. They may be capable
of 530 "cranking amps", but there is no way they can deliver 530 amps
for an hour. The garden tractor batteries I've used are labelled with
from 205 to 375 cranking amps.
