I'm running 2 of these in my Cozy. One Aft for engine systems, and one forward for avionics. I also have emergency transfer relays to run the engine on either in an emergency. These batteries are only about 17 lbs apiece, and produce 680 cranking amps due to very low internal resistance. They are 16AH. A 530 Amp Hour battery is not a small battery by any means. I think the small garden batteries are about 17 to 20 Amp Hours. They may be capable of 530 "cranking amps", but there is no way they can deliver 530 amps for an hour. The garden tractor batteries I've used are labelled with from 205 to 375 cranking amps.
