It's at: http://rotaryaviation.com/PSRU%20Zen%20Part%202.html I went back and read it again. Tracy mentions that his Ross unit used a custom aluminum plate, and Finn mentioned the same thing. I guess I would back off on my conclusion that the Ross uses a flex plate. (That is a pretty small picture.) Tracy's write-up is interesting reading.
