I rented a tie-down at the airport there, all for <$200 /yr and sub-let it for ~$150. Why couldn't you CA folks do that in AZ? Or UT, NM, etc.? The NH airport I rented tie down at is *covered *with corporate jets from NY and CT where everything is high. Sort of like registering a corporation in Delaware.
