Rusty,
While not cheap, there are quite a few
water-cooled motorcycles around. Maybe there’s a motorcycle radiator would
fit your needs. Some are curved, which may help facilitate installing in
confined spaces. They have to be sturdy to survive very long in a motorcycle.
Just a thought.

Subject: [FlyRotary] small
radiator cores?
In your searching around for radiator parts, has anyone seen
a small core, similar to the size of an evap core? I can't imagine what
it would be made for, but I'm giving at least a little thought to replacing my
radiator evap cores with something more durable.
BTW, yes I know they've been tested successfully for
water, but I also know of some that have leaked. I'm at the
point now where I don't really trust them, and just don't want to fly with the
constant thought that a leak might develop before I get home. At the
very least, I'll probably end up remounting mine, to add some rubber isolation,
but that means new ducts, so I might as well pursue the option of starting over
with something different.
