I then took the oil hose off from my oil filter to oil cooler - no oil flow. Turns out I had reversed the IN-OUT lines to the remote oil filter and that prevented flow. I have heard of that happening to others as well. I had thought that the IN to the oil filter went to the inner part of the filter and the OUT was taken from the outside part of the filter - turns out its just the opposite.
