The Pacific Oil cooler AeroClassic unit p/n 8000353 has 18 row and is close to you evap core in size.  The size is not on the web site but the dimensions are the same as a Stewart warner unit.  I will have to look at the part number.

 That also looks frighteningly similar to an evap core as well.  I don't think I could trust it.
