  Something I will ask is at what rpm and power setting did the engine seize at??
  And are your rotors tapper clearanced ? If not and the seizure was a light one there is a chance that you can save the rotors by clearance cutting them, I will not put an engine together without doing this to the rotors.
 If you have not heard of this you make a tapper cut starting at .015 of an inch at the tip and zeroing it out where the blueing is in this photo.
 This gives a little more margin for expansion when running hot and it also helps out the side housings from excess wear when running at high rpm and the rotors tend to dig into the housings.
