Al,
That’s an interesting
solution. I wish I could use an extension, but the prop is about 3”
forward of where I thought it would be because of the design of the M/T
hub. I measured and located everything off the face of the prop flange
and later learned that the M/T prop hub moves the prop out another 3”.
But that’s another story.
Another possible
solution I came up with yesterday is to use the other six (larger) holes and
have some special bushings made to fit them. Then remove and discard the
original bushings. The larger holes are 1.058” dia. (an odd size).
This solution would keep me from having to remove and disassemble the
psru.

Mark;
Can you stand a
prop extension? Get one the matches the RD-2C flange on one end, and the
MT on the other. I have a 6” saber extension with a 7” prop flange
having ¾” bushings and 7/16” bolts.
