He uses a racing motorcycle chain up to a propeller shaft in pillow block bearings up where the engine is supposed to be. I've only met him once, but he claimed to have quite a few hours on it & flew it from somewhere down on the coast to an ultralite flyin here in Jackson a couple of years ago. With 100+ hp racing bikes common now, the chain shouldn't have too much trouble with a 1rotor. 3-1 ratio shouldn't be too hard to do. Charlie
