The radiator is perpendicular to airflow, behind a large NACA duct in the bottom of the fuselage. There is an aluminum plenum extending the sides of the NACA duct (about 3 inches wide) so that it will meet up with the radiator, and the top of those aluminum sides are angled, and the oil cooler sits on top of those angles. I was hoping that most of the air would hit and go through the radiator, and that some of it would also come out the top, through the oil cooler. Initial tests appear to be very promising. I can't take credit for the rad/oil cooler idea....I copied Al Wick's Subaru powered Cozy, which seems to cool very well with the same configuration. (although my radiator is larger). Hope this helps.
