Indeed. I'm making a gasket instead. However, I may yet be able to provide a surface for the o-ring. The present cutout is undersized. At the time, I only had a 3/4" end mill for cutting it, but it's supposed to be 2.0cm. I put in an order for the correct size cutter with Rutland. If I'm very careful, I think I can leave a 2mm seating surface all the way around. If not, the gasket will work every bit as well. > BTW, Racing Beat or Mazdatrix sells these. Yes, and after I get the bugs worked out of the production process, there'll be a third source. As I mentioned in an earlier message, I'm almost done with one that offers two threaded bosses for sensors or remote feeds. If someone wants one with three bosses, I can do that, too. I have to be out-of-town next week, but I should have more stuff to display after Christmas. Dale R. COZY MkIV #1254
