I noticed a small increase in oil cooling requirements with the -C drive but nothing like you seem to be having.  Your oil cooler inlet size sounds plenty big already.  That 4 x 7 inlet is more sq.inches than I have.

In other news,
I found a flaw in my oil temp instrumentation on last flight and my oil temp is not quite as low as I thought, but still very good.  I got it up to 200 on a full power climb at 69 deg OAT.  Previously, the max recorded was 188.  Problem was that the tab on sparkplug type CHT thermocouple I'm using for oil temp sensing.  The tab where it is crimped onto the TC junction was acting as a cooling fin because it was exposed to a high speed stream of air where it is located.  It was easily fixed by insulating the tab, junction and an inch or so of the lead with uniwrap.

The oil temp issue is a mixed blessing, because I wouldn't be having it without the extra power.  I'll make the scoop big enough, don't worry :-)
