Ran the engine longer today than  previously. Probably 20 minutes. It did it's thing of running extremely rough for about 5 minutes. Must be running on one rotor. Can't confirm this since only one of my EGT's were reading. When rough, the one EGT was only reading 300+. Once it cleared this EGT looked normal for the throttle setting. Cannot run with the primary channel on, barks and will quit I think if I did not click it off. Same result whether on A or B channels. Could not detect any measurable difference when running on Lead plugs, Trailing plugs, or both.Can idle down below a 1000 prop RPM at 15 MP. Lower than that is becomes rough. Cannot deliver much prop RPM at 29 MP. Around 17-1800 rpm. It is a big prop and I'm sure it will turn it over 2000 with some forward motion. 

Have several nuisance leaks, but nothing major like the remote oil filter problem.

Temps never went over 150 on either oil or coolant but did not stay at 29 MP very long.

Any ideas on the major problem of only running on secondary injectors.
