I set it up for 5300 static, (4900 was all I got with th= e Felix 68 x 72) and it had so much torque that if I increased the throttle rapidly with the brakes locked and full aft stick, it would lift the tail and move it sideways! I am gradually increasing the pitch now to find a tradeoff between climb and cruise. It climbs like a bat (the cold air certainly helps), but of course the top end is not there. I will publish the curves when I finish in case anybody else cares.=0D =0D Tracy suggested I find the pitch that gives the same static as the wood p= rop then plot the speeds & rpms.
