Thanks Ed, and likewise from us here at Shady Bend.  The day started magnificently with a flight in the RVotter.  Finally got around to some higher altitude tests that Rusty wanted. 

 

Todays' numbers:

 

11-25-04     Flight test on N84TC.   OAT at surface,  69 degrees.

 

Top Speed at 8000 ft,  7250 rpm, 225 TAS, max pwr mixture, 16 gph , WOT

lean mixture, 8000 ft,  6700 rpm, 207 TAS, 11.1 gph,  WOT

 

13000 ft, lean mix, 205 TAS, 8.5 gph, WOT, rpm ?

13000 ft, lean mix, 190 TAS, 7.0 gph  throttled back,  MAP not recorded.
