You are right that it is very hard to start with the secondaries unplugged (but possible). But after re-installing the intake plenum I have solved the problem. Since I can't install my O2 sensor anytime soon I will just leave well enough alone. Ooh, not sure about = that.  Might be=20 hard to start and you will need to turn on the cold start switch to = run=20 above staging point.  I may be missing what you have in mind=20 though.
