Thanks, I got the O2 sensor back. I don't know what PN it is, it is the one that Tracy sells with his O2 sensor. I tried to install it yesterday but discovered that the bung and plug are now rusted/welded together - there was no getting the plug out. Will have to wait for the new exhaust system for the new turbo. I am also back to having rough idle issues since removing the turbo. Just those slight differences in the MAP seem to have made a big change. Also - losing all that fuel out my intake may have caused a change. Yesterday I re-installed the plenum over the intake. I did think of one additional possible solution. Each of the barrels on the TWM has a small air inlet with a pin. I have these closed all the way because I thought it might help with the idle. However, I now wonder if maybe that air inlet is for the purpose of atomizing the fuel.... Does anyone know? Maybe I will try to open them up a little. As far as Fuel in the MAP line - mine are solid so I wouldn't know. It is something to keep in mind. I don't think it should adversely affect the pressure readings, however. Sorry to hear about the strange issue of fuel coming out of the TB barrels. I guess that goes away when you get the air plenum back on with the turbo. I have a strange issue with fuel collecting in a low spot in the MAP sensor line. I would not have known had I not added a swag of some larger diameter clear tubing to add volume just before the EC2 on the cabin side. It is strange that at the connection just below the manifold, which is also a low spot, there is no fuel. In probably about 20 minutes of running enough fuel collected to close off the 5/16" i.d. tubing at the bottom of the loop. Don't know how it is getting there, or what to do about it. Have you ever noticed fuel in the MAP sensor line? I'm still having problem of the staging not working, and very poor operation at low MAP with the primary injectors on. It runs great with secondary only at low MAP; and both sets on at speeds above about 2500 rpm. Tracy now suggests sending the EC2 back to him for checking out.
