I asked him to send a receipt for the mount months ago, still waiting. I have heard alot of excuses from Fred and im sure some are true but he now isn't replying to my emails.  My engine has been ready to hang for months and i need to sort out radiators ect.

I’m surprised to hear that. He built my mount couple of years ago and I had no problems. I’ll try to contact him about your problem too.
