Double checked all connections, switches, staging relay – all seems fine.  This is the same wiring harness that worked fine on the dyno, so with all the connections where they belong one would expect it to work again.

Al, I know this is secondary to what you are doing now, with troubleshooting and all, but if you have the time and the data, would you mind uploading the dyno data (HP, Torque, Fuel, MP.. whatever you have). I know you are running a 20B, but a lot of the data should extrapolate to a 13B and maybe it will give me an idea what I need to be looking for... with regards to turbo requirements (airflow, etc).
 
Anyone else out there with dyno information please feel free to do the same.. turbo/nonturbo/13B/20B. I am trying to anticipate what numbers/power settings to expect from a 13B with a CS/adjustable prop, and be able to figure out what actual BSFC's are running.
