If switching the cold start on has the same effect, this is what's going on here. Another thing to try is putting a load (like a headlight bulb) on the various circuits to test for weak connections. Did I mention that I tried all of the above before sending my PCM back to Tracy to have the mixture pot resoldered to the board.... Don't blame the equipment - I mounted it badly.
