I am not building a canard but I am thinking of using a rotary.  = Since this is only a 2 hour drive for me I will be driving in.

Doug,

Rough River is a fly in at Rough Riv= er State Park in Kentucky. It is sponsored by the Central States Associatio= n, a newsletter put out by Terry Schubert from Ohio. You can see details at= www= .roughriver.org

It happens this year October 1-3 and is sa= id to attract as many as 60 canard pusher aircraft. I've not gone before; t= his will be my first one.

I was wondering there will be other enthusiasts for rotary engines AND=20
canard pushers will be at Rough River next weekend. Bulent and I are=20
going to be there. John Slade? Anyone else?

It would be a shame to go all that way and not meet. I don't have any=20
particular agenda. However, we could organize a coordinated tour of the=20
flight line, looking for ideas that might be applicable to fitting in=20
the cooling systems and other parts to make the rotary installation
work.
