Steve, WRT: airflow - looking at some photos of your radiator arrangement, I see a potential problem. You're asking the air coming in from the NACA scoop to turn in two directions (not counting the portion going UP to the oil cooler) - half 30-45* to the left and half 30-45* to the right. I didn't see any vanes or baffles to help steer the air. I suspect that there is a turbulent "dead" air zone at the "V" where the two cores meet. Is there room enough to move the cores outward 2-4 inches - so that you could install a K&R shaped curved "wedge" between them, to help shape the airflow through the cores?
