   Right now, I just don't know what to think about Waytek's 
service.  Mostly, I'm not a very happy camper. About a week 
ago, I sent an email inquiring about the status of my 
backordered pins.  No response until I got the following, which includes my responses.

   The value of those parts is that the #38207 connectors ($8.83),
and the #38208 seals ($5.11), that I already paid for, are useless 
without the pins that were backordered.

   UPS ground?  For what it's worth, you could put them in a 
padded envelope and send them U.S. Mail.  I just want the parts 
that I paid for 2-1/2 months ago.

   Umm, you've already charged my credit card for those parts.
