John, if that is the only change you have made, I would first try undoing that connection to the EM2.  If it worked before that and does not know there may be a reason.

I wonder if anyone out there can shed any light on the following.
 
I installed the EM2 and now I have no attempt to fire. The plugs are dry after 5 mins cranking. I have good spark on leading and trailing plugs, there's fuel at the rail, good fuel pressure, and 12V at the injectors.  I haven't changed the injector wiring except to tie in the EM2 injector sensor wire.
 
Any ideas?
