Still no power here. I charged the laptop from the car with an inverter and reconnected the severed phone company lines in the yard :(

I spoke to Buly - He's fine.

 

No damage to house or plane. Lots of downed trees and debris.

Glad to have you back with us, John.  Happy to hear house and plane  (not necessarily in that order) are OK.  I'm sure it's hot and uncomfortable without airconditioning. I saw a convoy of around 75 power company trucks/vehicles leaving Mobile, AL this morning headed down I-10 towards Florida to help restore power in Florida.  I hope some of them are on the way to your area.   Take care....we were worried about you and Bulent.  Paul Conner
