Stalled? I wish. It's just catching it's breath and pausing to gather
some energy from the gulf stream. :(

Guys, I've been watching Frances on Sat
weather images since last night and it really looks like its motion has
pretty much stalled. That wedge of dry air pushing at it from the gulf
appears to be winning, hopefully! Keep your fingers
crossed.
