Today the wife and I did our first cross country. We flew up to big bear in the mountains
(7500’) and landed on the taxiway as the runway is closed for the summer.

If I can
leave my plane in flyable condition long enough, maybe I'll get my last 8
hours flown off. I'd really like to go to the Kolb Fly-in
in Kentucky at the end of the month, but seriously doubt it will
happen.
