I finished the installation of the new cooling system today In my Cozy MKIV.
Attached are a couple of photos with the cowling removed. I did some taxi
testing, but things heated up pretty quickly, as I discovered that I had an
air pocket in the cooling system somewhere. The engine got pretty warm, but
the radiators were cold. After letting it cool off, and adding some more
water, it appears to be circulating now. I'll double check it tomorrow,
when I do some more ground testing.
I also want to do some high speed runs, before flying again.
