Mike,  what is a MIG jet?

My apologies - I think the official name is a "contact tip". They're found in MIG welding handles and are amenable to being hose clamped into a MAP sensor hose. We just call 'em jets (I guess) because they look like a long carburetor jet. I'm using a .04/1mm sized one and am happy. Datalogs show instant, smooth MAP readings even when I'm logging at .01 second intervals. Smaller than that gives smooth, slow readings, bigger gives more ripple in the signal with no increase in responsiveness. I don't know what MAP sensor Tracy uses, I'm using a Motorola MPX4250 (? going off often faulty memory here...) in my car's ECU.
