If it had been a little narrower, I could have probably gotten it angled more toward the inlet, but I decided to go with the small evaporator cores. They really mounted quite nicely in the area forward of the engine, which should also help my CG a little, compared to the old installation. I am anxious to hear how it works, as it is somewhat similar to mine (mine is on an SQ2000 canard pusher), with the exception that I have a single radiator core, but the stock Mazda oil cooler is above it, hopefully taking the air that fails to go through the radiator, similar to your setup.
