The oil cooler inlet duct looks a bit small - but hard to tell from the angle. I presume its on the order of 20 -24 sq inch? I see you have it situated where the tanks meet in the center which would probably be an area of higher pressure given the solid tanks blocking flow to the rear in that area. The oil tank has a better plenum than I have on my oil cooler so will be very interested in seeing how it goes.
