The true = intake if a 4-stroke piston engine per revolution is only half of it's = stated displacement. In other words, a 5 liter engine would have 2.5 = liters of intake per revolution. People double the rotary engine = displacement to make it even with the piston engine, because they have = to turn twice to fire all the cylinders.
