--------- I was at the airport this afternoon and measured mine as best I could. It is mounted on the engine which is on the Zenith. I measured inside the nut and read 14 mm. It is a Mitsubishi Electric Corp. My 13B is a 1986.

Just to be clear, your alternator is a stock type for the 86 engine, correct?

I believe so Rusty,

I got this alternator and a big heavy starter with the engine and the alternator installed directly without any mods.
