Google to the rescue!

AVO's site is www.avoturbo.com
It appears that their product is called "knocklink." Look under "Electronic Products" on their page.
AVO's American distributor is www.spomotorsports.com
I don't know if "knocklink" is carried by SPOmotorsports.

There is also a technical discussion of knock sensors at http://www.perfectpower.com/Technical_info/knock.asp

It warns that adding aftermarket knock detection gear can be tough, though maybe the Aussies have figured it out.

Also I was put onto a company here in oz that make a knock sensor meter only $175 aussie, ill be chasing one up. Company name is AVO im sure a search will find their site. They use these gauges in drag cars and on dynos to help stop detonation ( when to back off the power )
