Can someone give me instructions on how to align the wheels on the Legacy?

I did the mod from Lancair where the strut bolts were replaced for additional clearance to the tires.  In performing that task, the fork assembly with the wheel comes off and it needs to be aligned straight.   I have severe tire wear on the outside of both tires and it does not roll as easily as the other 2 Legacys in the hangar either.

How do I get them straight?  Thanks.
